Ny Lille Klub is a volunteer-driven underground community where I played an active role in shaping its organization, infrastructure, and digital tools. From building systems to fostering collaboration, my work spanned multiple areas to help create a functional and sustainable space.

I developed a website featuring a ticketing system, event calendar, and membership signup, making it easier for people to engage with the community. Additionally, I set up Slack for non-profits, managed Google accounts for emails and document storage, and built a payment system for the bar, including storage and inventory management.

Beyond the technical side, this experience taught me how to organize and sustain an underground community—balancing structure with flexibility, improving communication, and fostering shared responsibility among volunteers.

This project has been an invaluable learning experience in self-organization, digital infrastructure, and community-building. We’re currently searching for a new location—so if you know of a space, hit me up!
